I have a Certified Culinarian Degree and Certified Pastry Culinarian
Degree from Ivy Tech. I have also completed 2 years of advanced study at Westminster Kingsway Culinary Academy in London, England, earning Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts degrees. Having worked with the likes of Jamie Oliver and
Gordon Ramsey, among other stellar chefs, I absorbed the best each has to offer.
I currently assist in teaching Ivy Tech classes in candy-making and baking as well as
coordinating student crews.
I am a veteran
of the US Army, after 30 years of service. Retirement from the service gave me the opportunity to pursue my dream--cooking!
I wanted to be a chef for as long as I could remember. And now I'd like to be YOUR chef.
